In order to provide the Platform and Services, we collect various types of information. We collect personal information directly from you when you provide it to us, such as when you create an account with us or otherwise communicate with us verbally or in writing. You can generally visit the Site without having to submit any personal information about yourself to us. However, if you require more information about our Services you may contact us via the Platform, in which case we will collect your name and email address, and any other information that you submit to us via our contact form. If you are using the App, you provide us personal information when you create an account to use our Platform and Services. This may include, linking third party applications, such as your Electronic Health Record (EHR) to your Lana Health account.
When you visit the Platform, we (or our authorized service providers) automatically collect information about the computer or devices (including mobile devices) you use to access the Platform, and your interactions with the Platform, such as through cookies and other automated technologies. For example, we may collect and store information such as your browser type, IP address, language, operating system, location of your wireless device (e.g., latitude and longitude), the state or country from which you accessed the Platform, unique device identifier, the pages you view, length of time spent on pages, the manner in which you use the Platform (e.g., the content you access, view, click on, search for etc.), the date and time of your visit, the websites you visited immediately before and after visiting the Platform, error logs, and other hardware and software information, as well as other geographic and demographic information.

We may use this information to formulate statistical models about use of the Platform, enhance the Platform for our users, and provide you with information about tailored content or as otherwise explained in this Privacy Notice.

Lana Health’s Platform is available to children with parental consent. Users under the age of 13 are are entitled to additional protections related to their personal information. If you are under 13 years old and create a user account with Lana Health, your settings will be restricted from certain third-party entertainment content.
When a child creates an account with Lana Health, we may collect a username, password, birthday, and a parent’s email address. The parent’s email address may be used to send notifications and obtain approval for account creation.
Lana Health may share aggregated or otherwise de-identified information of a child with third parties for various purposes such as: compliance with reporting obligations; or to assist us in improving and understanding how our users interact with our Platform.

We are located in the United States. As such, the Platform and Services are intended for use in the United States and the personal information that we collect is stored on servers located in the United States. This means that your personal information will be collected, processed and stored in the United States.
